What type of memberships does BizLounge offer?
Dedicated Private Office
This is a fully enclosed office space with key locks. You can feel free to leave your belongings in the office. All members belongings to this category are provided with a lockable office space.
Non-Dedicated Private Office
This plan is subject to the availability of a fully enclosed and lockable office space. You will have access to any available office space not in use. Please note that this plan does not provide you with key locks to safely guard your belongings after working hours and as such, they should not be left behind.
Dedicated Common Space
This plan offers you a desk in a common area of your choice. It is dedicated as you have the privilege to select the desk you want. This desk would be reserved for you for an entire month. Please note that you cannot leave your valuables behind after the close of work.
Non-Dedicated Common Space
This plan provides you with access to any available desk in a common area.
What options/services does BizLounge offer?
We offer mailing address services for clients that would require a business address separate from their residential address. We receive mail on your behalf and keep it safe for you in our offices.
For a monthly fee, your callers are greeted warmly and promptly by our on-site receptionist. Urgent calls can be routed via email so you never miss anything when it comes to your business. Customer is responsible for the monthly phone service charges.
Bizzy Bodies Playroom
BizLounge has a fully-equipped CPR/First Aid-certified staffed playroom for your child(ren). It should be noted that our playroom does not serve as a daycare, and as such would require you to be within the BizLounge facility to attend to your child(ren) needs.
Is your monthly membership month-to-month?
Yes, for our monthly common space users there's no long-term commitment required. We do ask that you provide a weeks notice prior to moving out of your space. While, we do require a 3-month agreement for our private office spaces. If at anytime a customer must terminate their the 3-month agreement, they are responsible for paying half of their remaining fees.
Can guests visit me in my private office?
Yes. During business hours guests are more than welcome to visit you. We do ask that you provide us with your visitor’s information ahead of their visit.
What are my payment options?
We accept all major credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, etc) and PayPal.
Does my membership fee need to be paid on the 1st of each month?
No, your membership begins the day you sign up and is billed monthly. Your 1st month membership will be pro-rated.
Can I use a conference room for a workshop? How about a yoga class?
Yes! You can use our conference room for any event or program. Whether you want to host a weekly employee meeting, sip and paint event or craft demonstration we have a space that works for you.
